Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience required. Candidates must have experience delivering therapy in home or community-based settings. Experience with Netsmart EMR required for candidates applying to 3-month contract opportunities. Netsmart experience preferred but not required for 6-month contract opportunities. Ability to manage and coordinate a personal caseload and schedule. Experience with independent scheduling and documentation preferred. Experience providing services in retirement community settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift Name: Days Standard Work Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Average Caseload: Typically 5–6 patients per day Weekly Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week Service Area: Coverage includes two retirement communities and one additional community within approximately a 5-mile radius Scheduling: Clinicians manage and coordinate their own schedules Location Highlights Boca Raton offers coastal suburban living with access to beaches and cultural attractions. Local lifestyle fits a coastal, suburban profile with golf courses such as Boca Raton Resort & Club nearby and multiple waterfront parks along the Intracoastal Waterway. Outdoor recreation options include nearby state parks like Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (about 20–30 minutes) and access to boating marinas and fishing charters along the Atlantic coast.
