Process and evaluate mixed categories of returned product on the second shift, supporting accurate inventory control, documentation, quality review, and disposition under the direction of the Returns Supervisor. This role works with the warehouse, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
- Process returned medical devices across mixed device categories.
- Confirm item returned matches shipped material.
- Conduct quality review and support disposition decisions.
- Update inventory records accurately.
- Review and maintain return documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, Quality, and Regulatory teams as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in returns processing.
Rapidly expanding with ongoing anticipated growth focused on quick response to customer orders.
