Position Summary: The Lead Growth Marketer owns growth initiatives for SIG CONNECT - our mobile training platform and one of SIG SAUER’s fastest-growing digital products. As the company continues its digital transformation, we are investing in software, subscriptions, mobile applications, connected products, and new customer experiences that extend beyond traditional product categories. This role is responsible for driving growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscriptions, with opportunities to contribute across future digital products and initiatives as the business expands. This position requires a hands-on growth marketer who thrives on building, testing, and executing. This is not a role where you simply manage agencies or wait for others to execute the work. This individual must be comfortable launching campaigns, creating and optimizing content, analyzing performance, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution, while also knowing when to partner with internal teams, agencies, and external resources to scale impact. As the Lead Growth Marketer, you'll establish our growth foundation - measurement, attribution, marketing infrastructure, and repeatable acquisition programs. You'll take ownership of growth, move quickly, and create measurable business impact by combining hands-on execution with the ability to scale through the right resources and partnerships. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and execute growth initiatives that increase acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscriptions.
• Identify opportunities across paid, organic, influencer, partnership, and lifecycle channels.
• Own the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, in-app messaging, promotions, lifecycle marketing, push notifications, and win-back campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to launch and optimize digital growth initiatives.

Paid Acquisition:

• Manage and optimize growth channel investments across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms, including partnering with agency resources where appropriate.
• Improve CAC, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency through continuous testing and optimization.
• Own creative testing frameworks, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Content and Social Growth:

• Develop and execute a scalable social-first content strategy across owned and earned channels.
• Develop short-form video, creator content, and user-generated content strategies leveraging internal resources, external partners, and emerging tools where appropriate.
• Grow brand awareness and audience engagement through organic channels.

Influencer and Partnership Marketing:

• Identify, test, and scale creator and influencer partnerships that drive measurable growth.
• Develop strategic partnerships that drive awareness, acquisition, and credibility.
• Measure and optimize performance against growth objectives.

SEO, AI Search, and Organic Growth:

• Drive SEO and AI search optimization strategies to improve discoverability and organic acquisition.
• Develop scalable content programs that improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
• Increase organic traffic and customer acquisition.

Analytics and AI-Powered Marketing:

• Measure and report on performance across the full marketing funnel, using data and experimentation to continuously improve results.
• Leverage AI tools as a force multiplier to accelerate content creation, research, campaign optimization, reporting, and workflow automation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Drive subscriber growth and digital revenue.
• Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Increase conversion rates throughout the customer funnel.
• Grow organic traffic and social engagement.
• Establish a culture of rapid testing and experimentation across acquisition channels
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for team collaboration, product planning, customer visits, and industry events.
• May lead and actively volunteer for Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.
• Participate on problem solving teams for driving to root cause of internal and external quality failures, particularly related to prevention of customer escapes.
• Participate in 5S Workplace organizational activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.
• Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education/Experience & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience. 7+ years of digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience.
• Experience scaling consumer mobile applications, subscription businesses, SaaS products, or other digital products.
• Experience with mobile growth strategies including app acquisition, App Store Optimization (ASO), lifecycle marketing, and subscription conversion.
• Strong expertise in paid acquisition and performance marketing.
• Experience with modern marketing and product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Experience building social-first content and creator programs.
• Demonstrated success improving growth metrics through experimentation, optimization, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present performance insights to leadership.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing performance and productivity.
• Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner. Require little to no supervision.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
• Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
