We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Mechanical Assembler to build and wire electrical and mechanical assemblies according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Connect wiring and cables according to specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Work Environment: This position is based in a well-lit, organized manufacturing facility and involves working at assembly stations with hand tools, power tools, wiring, and mechanical components in a safety-focused environment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
