We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on mortgage professional to lead regional growth, recruit top talent, and drive production.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Market Expansion: Launch, manage, and grow high-performing mortgage branches across target markets in the Northeast.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a production-focused team... recruiting experienced loan officers, developing talent, and creating a culture of performance.
• Sales Strategy: Design and execute plans to increase production, capture market share, and identify local opportunities for growth.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure each branch operates efficiently from application to close with strong compliance and customer service standards.
• Profitability Focus: Track, analyze, and improve branch profitability while driving regional performance.

• Meet and exceed personal and team production goals
• Lead business development efforts and market outreach
• Recruit and retain top-producing loan officers
• Deliver timely and effective training programs
• Monitor market data and competitor trends
• Implement marketing and expansion strategies

Requirements:

Minimum three (3) years retail mortgage production management experience

• Minimum of eight years mortgage banking origination experience.
• Bachelor's degree a plus. Management courses a plus
• Skills and Abilities: Proven experience in building, leading and guiding a motivated sales team
• Proven success in building production, profit and identifying market opportunities
• Aptitude for business development and successful implementation strategies. Proven decision-making capabilities with the ability to understand implications on a global and micro level. Analytical and strategic planning skills
• A thorough knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA, mortgage insurer guidelines, TIL regulations, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, RESPA regulations, local and state real estate and finance laws, and Company Policy Compliance and Ethics Codes

Compensation: Base salary and monthly override, plus exceptional personal production commissions.
