Dental Assistant Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established dental office in the Cromwell area that is looking for a dependable, energetic Dental Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working closely with patients, and take pride in delivering exceptional care, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and prepare patients for treatment
- Assist the dentist chairside using four-handed dentistry
- Take digital X-rays
- Set up and break down operatories
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant clinical areas
- Prepare trays and anticipate provider needs throughout the day
- Enter treatment plans and clinical information
- Take impressions, pour and trim models
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area
- Help create an outstanding experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience
- X-Ray and ICE Certification required
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Dependable and able to work well as part of a close-knit team
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus
Schedule
Part-time
Office hours include:
- Monday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
