Own and drive finance operations across the U.S. logistics business Partner with commercial and operational teams to support growth and profitability Work in a hands-on role requiring CargoWise and logistics industry experience Build and enhance financial processes in a fast-growing environment Role Details: As the Finance Manager USA, you will take ownership of finance for Visy Logistics in the United States, supporting a growing business with strong expansion plans. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support commercial decision making. We're specifically seeking a finance professional who has previous experience working within a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environment and is comfortable operating within CargoWise. What you'll do: Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the U.S. freight forwarding and logistics business Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Drive process and system improvements across finance and operations Monitor business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost efficiency Support commercial activities through contract review, pricing analysis, and profitability insights Ensure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and U.S. statutory requirements What you will bring to the team: Mandatory experience working within freight forwarding or international logistics environments Mandatory hands-on experience using CargoWise CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) highly regarded Demonstrated experience partnering with operational and commercial teams 10+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or commercial finance roles Proven ability to manage reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis in a dynamic environment Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability What You’ll love when you join us: 401(k) plan with company contributions invested from day one Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental and vision Opportunity to build and shape finance processes within a growing U.S. business High level of ownership and direct exposure to senior leadership Backed by a global, multi-billion-dollar organisation with strong growth in the U.S. About Visy At Visy Logistics, we don’t just move freight – we move industries forward.
