Each day offers new challenges, so a routine 9–5 desk job is not a fit. Given the right candidate, we can offer a 4‑day week schedule. Service Advisors act as the liaison between customers needing vehicle service and the technicians who perform those services. You’ll develop strong customer relationships, understand their concerns, and communicate confidently and empathetically with both customers and technicians. The core duties include: Prepare work orders and provide accurate quotes to customers. Translate information between customers and technicians. Manage billing once service is complete. Handle customer questions and concerns with excellent customer service skills. Maintain organization and meticulous attention to detail to meet company and customer standards. Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am–5:30 pm; Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm. No weekends or nights.
