responsibilities:

• Analytical Execution & Optimization: Troubleshoot, optimize, and validate analytical methods for biological products, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Technical Authoring: Draft high-quality test methods, validation protocols, reports, and essential lifecycle documentation.
• Investigation & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical anomalies, instrument malfunctions, and method performance issues.
• Project & Data Management: Maintain pristine cGMP-compliant records while tracking timelines to ensure seamless cross-functional team execution.

 
qualifications:

• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of applicable lab experience with a B.S., or 3+ years with an M.S.
• Industry Expertise: Proven background in the biopharmaceutical industry, including method troubleshooting, laboratory investigations, and analytical method validation.
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with cGMPs, regulatory guidance, and hands-on experience with HPLC, CE, gel, and spectroscopy .
