We are driving an exciting technological transformation of customer IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Project Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. In this role you will initiate, plan, execute, and close IT-related projects to meet customer and program objectives while managing project stakeholders, team, risks, schedule, and minimizing conflicts.The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.Responsibilities:Effectively initiate, plan, execute, and close projects to meet or exceed customer and program objectivesCreate clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and qualityDevelop the overall project plan and manage engineering, operations, and Tech Refresh services to maintain modern, effective, and efficient infrastructureManage project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project cost, and project conflictsEnsure team members understand their roles and the roles of other team members, and that they execute their respective rolesEnsure schedules are met and resources are used effectivelyAnticipate issues that could impact projects and coordinate resolution of problemsEstablish proper relationships between customers, teaming partners, and, in some cases, vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology servicesLead the transition effort to ensure key personnel focus on technical task execution while maintaining operational continuity across all technical environmentsProvide services in accordance with contract documents and meet performance metrics set forth in the SLAsCreate required documentation, reports, and data adhering to schedule, format, and content requirements specified by the contractQualifications:Required:Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to startDOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)An AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experienceMinimum 6 years of experience in program or project management or executionProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationWillingness to learn new skills and new technologies.Desired:Degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics or EngineeringFamiliarity with IC ITE services and classified environmentsExperience with Microsoft Project Server and associated client applicationsITIL 4 Foundation Certification-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
