Self‑Perform Work Superintendent – Division 7 Job Description: DPR Construction is seeking a Self‑Perform Work Superintendent for Division 7 with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience. Responsibilities Work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all craft employees. Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen. Hire, inspire and grow the craft workforce. Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force. Lead DPR’s Injury‑Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope. Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards. Work collaboratively with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production. Lead the problem‑solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arise within this scope. Professionally represent DPR Field Operations. Qualifications Excellent listening skills and professional communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Effective participation in a team environment. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and PlanGrid. 10+ years of hands‑on trade‑related field experience as a journeyman, foreman and/or Superintendent. Knowledge of and ability to recruit craft from the local workforce. A strong work ethic and a "can‑do" attitude.
