Deskside/VTC Support Technician

Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off About the Role Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is looking for a skilled Deskside/VTC Support Technician to join our team in Washington, DC. at the Department of Treasury on-site, full time to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 deskside support. Key tools and systems are Microsoft Intune (endpoint management and deployment) and Active Directory (domain jointed setups and computer object management). Core tasks are prepping and reimaging laptops, as well as setting them up for domain join/deployment. Knowledge of SCCM is desirable. Experience providing videoteleconferencing support using Zoom/Webex is also desirable. Responsibilities Provide deskside technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Perform system imaging, patching, and configuration management via SCCM and Intune Support and manage workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices Coordinate and facilitate VTC sessions, ensuring audio/visual quality and system reliability Image, deploy, and refresh desktop and laptop systems as needed Document support tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures in the helpdesk system using Service Now Collaborate with IT teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues Requirements 3+ years of experience in deskside support, IT helpdesk, or a related technical role Hands-on experience with VTC systems (Cisco, Polycom, Zoom Rooms, or similar) Proficiency with Windows OS environments and Microsoft 365 applications Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent IT certification preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills with a user-first mindset Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC and lift/move equipment as needed About Us Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is a dynamic media and technology services company based in Washington, DC, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
