Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength‑based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diverse backgrounds. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing expertise to enhance client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding professional responsibility. Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach. Qualifications Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Hold a current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire. Demonstrate passion for mental health and commitment to high‑quality care. Show dedication to ongoing professional development, including continuing education. Be eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families. Manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
