Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Land Use & Zoning Associate to join its established Florida practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated development and regulatory matters while advising developers, investors, and property owners on high-profile projects across the region.

What You’ll Work On:

• Advising clients on zoning, land use, and development-related matters
• Handling site plan, entitlement, permitting, and regulatory compliance issues
• Navigating local and state government approval processes
• Providing strategic guidance on development risk and land use positioning
• Working closely with developers, project teams, and governmental agencies
• Supporting complex commercial and mixed-use development projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of land use and zoning experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working with permitting, entitlements, and regulatory matters
• Ability to manage matters independently and interact directly with clients
• Strong academic credentials preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar admission required
