Inside Sales Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Grapevine, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Weekdays / Remote Weekends)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (late morning to evening + one weekend day)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus Potential

Overview

We are hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment. In this role, you’ll engage with interested customers, qualify leads, set appointments, and drive sales conversations for in-home product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify customer interest and schedule appointments
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into booked demonstrations
• Use provided scripts while maintaining a natural, consultative conversation style
• Ask effective questions to determine customer needs and readiness
• Overcome objections and guide customers toward scheduling appointments
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-through
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently speak with customers

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in:
  • Customer service, call center, sales, or collections
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet performance metrics
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
  • Inside sales or appointment setting
  • Outbound calling or collections
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Compensation & Perks

• Uncapped monthly bonus potential (eligible from Day 1)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Weekday shifts: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• One weekend day required (remote eligible):
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (onsite)
• Hybrid setup (remote work available on weekends)
• Equipment provided (must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
