Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up 270-unit multifamily construction project in St. Petersburg, FL . This role will oversee the project from preconstruction through completion, managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, quality, and project team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage project schedule, budget, procurement, and overall execution.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. xhyhwjd
• OSHA 10 certification required.
