The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:* Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners* Create and maintain homeowners’ job files* Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls* Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress* Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations**QUALIFICATIONS**:* 1+ years customer service experience* Solid and accurate data entry skills* Strong communication and time management skills* Competency in Microsoft Office software* High attention to detail and organization abilities* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks**PAY RANGE:**$18.05 - $26.15**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
