Commonwealth Medical Services is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join our growing team in California. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a skilled dental professional to deliver exceptional oral care within a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide variety of dental conditions, performing restorative and preventive procedures, and ensuring the overall dental health of your patients. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and the latest dental technologies. Our practice is committed to continuous learning and professional development, allowing you to stay updated with advancements in dentistry. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to enhance their dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Stay current with evolving dental practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current and valid dental license to practice in California.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a range of dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and community health.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Motivated to pursue ongoing professional development and stay informed of industry advancements.
