RN - Rehab

The Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a 16‑bed unit, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of Michigan. Experience in med/surg or rehab nursing preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
