Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health case management experience
• OASIS experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Idaho
• Idaho department of health and welfare fingerprinting

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Saturday may be required if productivity expectations are not met during the work week
• No weekend requirement unless productivity expectations are not met during the 5-day work week
• Coverage area includes patient homes within a 30-mile service area from the branch location
• Travel to multiple patient homes during each shift is required
