Job Opportunity: Senior Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to enhance the well-being of residents within our senior living facilities. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving mobility and overall health.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, and programs focused on fall prevention.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident support.
- Educate residents and their families about treatment processes and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
