Director of Sales

Growing Wellness Organization

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build structure, develop talent, improve communication, and create scalable sales processes while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and collaboration. This individual will partner closely with leadership to drive company growth, improve sales performance, and support long-term organizational goals.RESPONSIBILITIESSales Leadership & StrategyLead and execute company sales initiatives aligned with organizational growth goalsDevelop and implement sales strategies to improve revenue performance and market expansionMonitor sales metrics, KPIs, and team performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCreate accountability measures and performance expectations across the sales organizationAssist in forecasting sales goals, productivity targets, and growth opportunitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and mentor sales representatives and sales leadersConduct regular performance check-ins, team meetings, and development conversationsSupport onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for new and existing sales team membersFoster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team cultureAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining high-performing sales talentOperational & Process ManagementHelp create and improve sales workflows, communication standards, and operational proceduresPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Clinical teams to improve efficiency and communicationEnsure sales processes are documented, scalable, and consistently followedIdentify process gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity and customer experienceCustomer & Relationship ManagementSupport escalated customer or partner concerns with professionalism and urgencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, affiliates, vendors, and key business partnersRepresent the company professionally during meetings, events, and business interactionsReporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on sales performance metrics and KPIsAnalyze data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunitiesProvide leadership with regular updates on sales performance, trends, and operational needsQUALIFICATIONS7+ years of sales leadership or management experienceProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing KPIs, sales metrics, and accountability initiativesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughExperience with CRM systems and sales technology platforms preferredExperience in healthcare, wellness, medical sales, or direct-to-consumer industries is a plusIDEAL QUALITIESStrategic thinker with hands-on leadership abilityStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to balance accountability with coaching and team developmentSelf-starter with strong initiative and leadership presenceComfortable driving change and improving systems/processesPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods of timeAbility to travel occasionally as neededReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsBENEFITS & PERKSCompetitive compensation structureLeadership growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and fast-paced work environmentOpportunity to help shape and grow an evolving organizationEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
