Our organization is on the lookout for an Academic Obstetrician-Gynecologist Generalist to become a part of our esteemed Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics.

As the referral center for the Inland Empire, we deliver comprehensive care for women facing complex obstetric and gynecologic issues. With over 4000 deliveries annually , our faculty collaborates closely with specialists in the largest NICU in the region , integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to provide tailored multidisciplinary care for each family.

Through our partnership with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) , we offer essential OBGYN services to underserved individuals and families. This collaboration underscores our commitment to addressing health disparities and providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of our community.

Our department acknowledges the significance of flexibility in maintaining balance and well-being. Faculty members have the option for reduced work schedules with corresponding salary adjustments or can pursue additional productivity to increase their compensation.

We also maintain a manageable call structure with capped 24-hour shifts and post-call recovery days. A planned laborist program will further alleviate call burdens, offering greater flexibility and support for faculty.

The starting base compensation range, which is adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank, is anticipated to be between $330,000 and $390,000. Additional variable compensation for exceeding productivity benchmarks is paid semi-annually. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
