Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Deliver hands-on treatment for orthopedic and sports-related conditions
• Collaborate with referring providers for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute positively to our clinic culture and team growth

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent (MA license or eligibility required)
• Physical Therapy License (Required) in MA state
• New graduates welcome - outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Leadership interest a plus
