Job Summary The Sport Instructor is a hands‑on position that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sport Instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and shaping a positive youth sports culture on the field. Responsibilities Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values. Use established platforms to communicate game‑day information to players and parents. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge. Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently.
