Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products while working in a hands-on, team-oriented production environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand and manual tools to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect products to ensure quality, fit, and function meet specifications
• Perform basic quality checks and equipment upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with additional production tasks and team projects as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to use hand tools and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hoists
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
