Client-Facing Restoration Estimator & Project Lead

Joe Taylor Restoration is seeking an Estimator to act as the primary client contact throughout the restoration process. You will inspect property damage, prepare accurate estimates, negotiate scope with insurers, and drive the sale and close of mold, fire, and biohazard projects. Collaborating with the production team, you will ensure a smooth handoff from sale to completion while maintaining detailed CRM records and delivering services on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
