PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness | Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team!
Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation department . This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for flexible weekday hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy services to maximize functional independence
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health and PCC
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and discharge recommendations
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications
Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Experience with Net Health and PCC is a plus
