Deliver physical therapy services in the facility setting. Work collaboratively with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Job Details Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a related field plus Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
