Join Stretch Zone as a Client Engagement Associate and play a key role in helping our members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals. 
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients

Qualifications

• Sales experience or a related background is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow 

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
