JANITORIAL SHIFT LEAD (FULL TIME)

Position Overview Full‑time Janitorial Shift Lead – Florence, KY. Fixed pay rate: $20.96 per hour. Responsibilities include training and scheduling associates, evaluating performance, maintaining quality and safety standards, acting as the contact for employee issues, mentoring staff, and reporting production or sales metrics. Must have previous janitorial and warehouse experience. Full‑time schedule, multiple shifts available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline employees not meeting standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Serve as contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Act as a mentor, develop employees, encourage advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
