Plant HR Manager: Talent, Compliance & Engagement

OMCO Solar, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is hiring a Human Resources Manager for our Phoenix, AZ facility to lead the full spectrum of plant HR functions and develop the HR team. You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership to align workforce strategies with operations and drive engagement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, with Dayforce or similar HRIS experience preferred.
