Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Salisbury, MD, 21804. If you have a knack for fixing appliances and enjoy helping customers get their homes back in working order, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various household appliances and their components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
