Dezign Concepts is seeking an experienced Workforce Data Analyst to provide analytic support for human capital initiatives within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience analyzing workforce data, developing meaningful data visualizations, and translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights that support workforce planning and organizational decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze workforce data, including hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics, to identify trends and develop labor projections.
• Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products to meet client needs.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of position description libraries to standardize role information across the organization.
• Administer and manage relational databases while maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets to support consistent and reliable analysis.
• Support survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
• Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
• Manage HR data and conduct detailed analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Education/Experience: BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or no degree and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Prior experience performing data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and analytical findings in an easily understandable format through graphic, written, and verbal means.
• Core Tools: Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and relational database management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cognos for reporting and dashboard development.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal (POPS), PD Library, and/or Lawson.
• Experience with workforce analytics and workforce planning, particularly within human capital management and strategy.
