Providing expert pharmaceutical care in a retail setting, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a flexible schedule suited for professionals seeking per diem work. The position involves working one day per week plus every third Saturday, supporting a smooth and efficient pharmacy operation with thorough prescription verification and patient interaction.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (one day per week)
• Every third Saturday, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify low volume prescriptions ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulations
• Provide thorough patient counseling to support medication adherence and health outcomes
• Handle typical outpatient pharmacy duties with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Active Kansas Pharmacist License
• Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
