• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current, valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills

As a key member of the school’s educational team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Participating in IEP meetings, developing goals, and monitoring progress
• Maintaining accurate records and timely documentation
• Collaborating with educators to support classroom strategies and modifications
• Providing direct therapy services to students both individually and in small groups
• Consulting with families to support carry-over of skills in the home environment
