Document ingredients on batch papers Verify accurate ingredient amounts and ingredient weights against formula specifications Maintain proper rotation of raw materials using a first-in/first-expired system Record batch codes and ingredient lot numbers Follow safety policies and procedures Attend required safety, team, and plant-wide meetings and trainings Maintain knowledge of SOPs for dry batching and equipment operation Perform basic equipment maintenance Inspect and monitor Kason and hand-add sifters Identify and remove foreign materials from meat and work areas Maintain sanitation and housekeeping standards in meat freezer and meat batching areas Requirements High School Diploma/GED 1+ year of manufacturing experience Experience with problem solving and/or continuous improvement techniques preferred Must be eligible to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in maintaining sanitation and safety standards in manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on ingredient documentation, batch processing, and equipment operation.
