Pay: $20 to $23 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Press Operator:

• Setting up and aligning the correct tooling and fixtures on the machinery.
• Positioning and securing raw sheet metal workpieces safely and accurately.
• Configuring, adjusting, and monitoring machine parameters and dimensions during operation.
• Handling, measuring, and processing sheet metal according to blueprint specifications and written or verbal blueprints.

Qualifications of a Press Brake or Laser Operator:

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and schematics.
• Solid basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers, etc.) to ensure product accuracy.
• An exceptional track record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
• A sharp eye for detail to maintain high quality control standards.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
