We have immediate openings for experienced drillers in the Las Vegas area for auger, coring, and mud rotary.

BC2 Environmental drillers operate locally or remotely throughout CA, NV, and AZ. Our services include both environmental and geotechnical drilling, with hollow stem auger, air and mud rotary, and sonic drill rigs.

Driller Responsibilities:

• Operate rigs and drilling equipment, and manage work site activity.
• Ensure crew and other job site participants follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Check and maintains all equipment and vehicles, keeping them in good and safe repair.
• Receive and understand the job program and its contents, ensuring readiness to perform on time, at the correct location, with all needed equipment and materials.
• Act as a crew leader, managing the crew, and driving both training and safety.
• Perform all paperwork: daily drill reports, well logs, DOT logs, repair orders, DVIR inspections, and tailgate meetings.
• Interface professionally with any client personnel or others on the site.
• Maintain all certifications.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of experience in the drilling industry
• One year of experience as a driller with a variety of rigs
• NV Well Driller license preferred
• CDL – Class A or B
• Authorized to legally work in the US
• Current on all certifications (safety, OSHA, operational, industry-specific, etc.)
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Pass a physical exam and be able to handle the physical demands of the job
• Be dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather
• Willing to travel, work overtime, and maintain a good attitude
