Sanitor Night Porter / Sanitor Able to work unsupervised during the night. Duties include major cleaning of the interior restaurant building and equipment at the end of the day. Dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of cooking equipment including broilers, fryers, hood filters, etc. Changing grease in fryers and cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, windows, etc. Observe and enforce safety and security procedures.
