Pape’ Truck Leasing, a premier medium and heavy‑duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team in Sacramento, CA. What you’ll do As our Service Advisor, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently, while providing an excellent customer experience. You will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check‑in equipment for repair, and help customers. What you need Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs. Excellent customer relations and communication skills. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Compensation $22.67‑32.87/hr (depending on experience) Benefits Competitive pay based on your skills, training, and experience level.
