Job Title: Wealth Management Client Concierge

Location: Lutz, FL

Status: Full-time, In-office

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Wealth Management Client Concierge.

As a Wealth Management Client Concierge , you are the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and professional partners while helping create a welcoming, organized, and highly professional environment. This role combines elements of client service, executive support, scheduling coordination, hospitality, and office administration. The successful candidate will work closely with advisors and leadership while playing an important role in the day-to-day client experience. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in organization and professionalism, and understands the importance of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Create a positive first impression and maintain a welcoming office environment
• Coordinate client arrivals and departures
• Ensure conference rooms and meeting spaces are prepared for appointments
• Assist with client hospitality and meeting logistics

Scheduling & Calendar Management

• Manage advisor calendars and schedules
• Coordinate client appointments
• Confirm upcoming meetings
• Schedule in-person, telephone, and virtual meetings
• Monitor scheduling changes and resolve conflicts

Administrative Support

• Prepare meeting materials and documentation
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain client records and information
• Assist with client communications and follow-up activities
• Support ongoing firm initiatives and special projects

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with advisors and fellow team members
• Assist in coordinating client service activities
• Help ensure client requests are completed accurately and timely
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five (5) or more years of professional business experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional presence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Preferred

• Experience supporting executives, advisors, professionals, or business owners
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, legal, medical, hospitality, or other professional-service environments
• Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and client-facing activities
