Recruiting Assistant

Job Title

HR Responsibilities:

• Schedules candidate screenings
• Reconciliation of staffing agency invoices
• Track temporary and seasonal employees
• Contact seasonal workers at regular intervals throughout the whole onboarding process
• Manage Concur expense platform for Nuclear seasonal workers
• Ensure Nuclear Database is accurate and up to date with Candidate information
• Employee I-9 form maintenance

Other General Responsibilities:

• Maintains filing systems as assigned
• Processes required department mail outs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular predictable attendance is essential for this position

Required and Preferred Experience and Education Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of private industry experience required
• 1 to 2 years of staffing agency experience required

Qualifications

Education:

Required: High School or better.

Preferred: Bachelors or better. Community College/Vo-Tech or better.

Experience:

Required: 2 to 3 years of private industry experience required
