Maintenance Mechanic I

Durez Corporation seeks a Maintenance Mechanic I to support safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment used in advanced thermoset molding compounds and phenolic resins production. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on pumps, mixers, conveyors, reactors, and support systems, troubleshoot equipment failures, and assist with mechanical installations and upgrades. You’ll follow strict safety and quality procedures, document maintenance activities, and work closely with production and engineering to reduce downtime and improve processes in a stable, team‑oriented environment.
