PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Park Forest Care Center, Westminster CO Flexible PRN Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Meaningful Work - On Your Schedule Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Park Forest Care Center. At poresent, we need 5-10 hours of patient care per week. In skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact. Our goal is to help each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence so they can safely transition to the next level of care. What You'll Do As a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands‑on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including: Gait and mobility retraining Transfer training across all levels of assistance Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention Supporting patients with medically complex conditions Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole‑person recovery If you need support building any of these competencies, we provide training and mentorship.
