Maintenance Manager | Direct Hire

Columbus, MS | $130K Base Salary

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing preventative maintenance programs, and leading a skilled maintenance team.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of maintenance management experience
2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs
Proven troubleshooting, team leadership, and continuous improvement skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the maintenance team
Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs
Oversee equipment repairs and facility maintenance
Control maintenance budgets and inventory
Ensure OSHA compliance and promote workplace safety
Analyze downtime trends and implement process improvements
