- Facilitate high level classroom and virtual training sessions, delivering advanced curriculum in job readiness, soft skills, and technical competencies.
- Deliver specialized or complex training modules that require deeper subject matter knowledge and professional expertise.
- Track attendance, monitor participant engagement, and evaluate progress using established training metrics.
- Provide individual coaching and tailored feedback to participants, identifying those who may need additional support or alternative learning strategies.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and learner centered training environment that supports diverse learning needs.
- Mentor and coach other trainers, offering guidance on facilitation methods, classroom management, and instructional delivery.
- Support professional development of training staff by modeling high quality instructional techniques and offering constructive feedback.
- Evaluate participant readiness for job placement or next level programming by reviewing performance indicators and making recommendations.
- Assess and refine training curriculum by analyzing participant outcomes, recommending improvements, and aligning content with organizational goals.
- Lead training quality assurance efforts, including reviewing instructional materials, observing sessions, and ensuring consistency across trainers.
- Collaborate with leadership and program staff to identify emerging training needs and contribute to long term workforce development strategies.
- Assist with the design or revision of training materials, job aids, digital content, and evaluation tools to support continuous improvement.
- Support program operations by maintaining accurate reporting, data tracking, and documentation related to training performance.
- Perform other advanced training or program support duties as assigned in support of organizational goals.
- Represent the training team professionally in meetings, workgroups, and cross department initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Experience in curriculum development or program evaluation preferred
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus
