About the Role:
The Goddard School of Houston is looking for a Lead Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to take ownership of their classroom. You'll plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, build meaningful relationships with students and families, and help create a warm, structured learning environment every day.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Prior lead teacher experience strongly preferred
- A degree or coursework in early childhood education or child development is a plus
- Someone who is dependable, warm, and takes pride in their work
