Compensation Package

• Per Visit: $55 - $60 per completed visit (rate varies by experience)

• Paid Drive Time

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72 per mile

• Documentation Bonus: Reward for timely submission of documentation

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you'll play a vital role in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and according to the physician's prescribed plan of care, you'll provide high-quality in-home therapy services that support successful recovery and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments designed to relieve pain, restore function, and improve mobility.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training .

• Apply physical agents including heat, cold, ultrasound, and massage .

• Educate patients on the proper use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, and other mobility equipment .

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Communicate patient progress, concerns, and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Valid California PTA License

• Current CPR Certification

• 1+ years of PTA experience (home health experience preferred)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
