Low-Voltage TechnicianMatrix-NDI is seeking an experienced low-voltage technician to work at a hyperscale data center in North Dakota. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience, is committed to quality, and is willing to work long hours. A minimum 12-month commitment is required.Essential DutiesInstall low voltage systems, cabling infrastructure, and equipment in commercial/industrial sites in a neat and organized mannerPerform all cable pulling, cable supports, fireproofing, terminating, and testing in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other local regulationsTest cable infrastructure to ensure performance meets TIA standardsRead and interpret blueprintsWork independently or as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficientlyMaintain a professional appearance and attitudeMaintain regular and acceptable attendance and punctualityOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of experience requiredWorking Conditions40+ hour work weekPotential for overtime, night, and weekend workPhysical RequirementsThe ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of timeAble to work on your feet for an entire dayAbility to climb ladders throughout the dayAble to grasp, push, pull, and carry objectsGood hand-eye coordinationAble to work at heights and in confined or awkward spacesAble to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
